Documentation Manager

Regatta is looking for a Documentation Manager to own their technical documentation and how it gets planned, produced, and delivered. The role requires experience managing technical documentation or developer-facing content for a deeply technical product.

Requirements

• Experience managing technical documentation or developer-facing content for a deeply technical product (databases, infrastructure, APIs, or developer tools)
• Enough technical depth to comfortably engage with very senior engineers and ask the right questions
• Strong process orientation: you know how to move information from source → structure → review → publication
• Practical experience with AI documentation workflows, specifically for drafting, summarization, gap detection, and consistency checks.
• Familiarity with modern documentation platforms and workflows, including docs-as-code, Markdown, static site generators, and Git-based workflows.
