Job Description
Regency Centers is seeking a JV Portfolio Accountant to join their corporate office in Jacksonville, FL. The individual will be responsible for preparing financial information for the appraisal and secured debt management process for Regency's co-investment partnership program. The role involves preparing debt compliance packages, assisting with data and answering questions, and preparing appraisals and partner distributions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of GAAP and related concepts
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including knowledge of financial models and formulas
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards
- Ability to read and comprehend legal documents
