Regency Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Transactions to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Regency’s acquisition target list, traveling to local offices to develop and foster internal and external relationships, and managing acquisition, disposition, and joint venture contribution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Hands-on experience with commercial real estate and/or asset management
- Proficient in interpreting financial modeling of investment opportunities
- Due diligence experience with commercial real estate
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced skill level in Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- Experience reading and comprehending legal documents
- Asset management and awareness of issues involved in acquisition or disposition
- Comprehension of Finance and Accounting principles
