Associate Director, Global Procurement - Direct

We are looking for an Associate Director, Global Procurement - Direct to develop a holistic Category Strategy and provide strategic leadership and direction with a focus on Packaging Components and Device Category. The role will work closely with stakeholders to lead discussions related to Packaging Components and Device Categories and align priority needs with procurement management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Develop a holistic Category Strategy and provide strategic leadership and direction with a focus on Packaging Components and Device Category
• Manage negotiations, supplier management activities, and stakeholder engagement activities for the Packaging Components and Devices Category
• Work with leadership to drive value in terms of cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency savings from category management activities
• Represent Global Procurement by participating in organizational decisions in the Packaging Components and Devices categories
• Demonstrate knowledge of efficient global procurement organizations and processes within the biopharmaceutical industry
