Requirements

• Leadership experience in Clinical Data Management or a related field
• Strong expertise in clinical data management processes and industry procedures
• Experience assessing cases and scaling effective technical solutions
• Sophisticated knowledge of clinical data management principles and technologies
• 10+ years of functional leadership experience
• 8+ years of people management, leadership, and mentoring experience
• 15+ years of clinical data management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting
