Senior Director, Global Payroll

The Senior Director, Global Payroll is responsible for leading and transforming payroll operations across the United States, EMEA, and Asia, ensuring compliance with international labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience, including global scope
• Proven expertise in managing payroll across US, EMEA, and APAC regions
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor laws
• Experience with global payroll platforms and integrations
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI), or equivalent
• Experience in high-growth, multinational environments (10,000+ employees)
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
