Job Description
The Senior Director of Neurology HCP Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Neurology portfolio in the United States. The role involves understanding the competitive landscape, aligning with franchise strategies, and customizing approaches for healthcare providers. The Senior Director will contribute to the financial success of the products and report to the Executive Director Marketing Lead.
Requirements

- Understand the evolving competitive landscape and align with broader franchise strategies
- Customize approaches for specific healthcare providers like Neurologists
- Lead the development of competitive strategy to address current and future competitors
- Develop and foster strong partnerships with cross-functional partners
- Ensure marketing processes and programs align with corporate guidance and regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines
- Lead and provide development opportunities for direct reports
- Monitor spending against budget and manage projects to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and scope
