Job Description
The RN Ambulatory provides patient care that promotes safety and well-being in the perioperative and intraoperative areas. They assess patients' physical and mental health, prepare them for surgery, and provide clear explanations of the procedure and what to expect during and after surgery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN license in appropriate State
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (as required by individual ASC policy)
- Minimum two years of nursing experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- ASC experience (preferred)
- CNOR certification (preferred)
