Job Description
The Project Manager, SCADA will provide effective project management and administrative functions for both departmental projects and capital works projects for water and wastewater. They will develop project plans, prepare and contribute to tender and contract documentation, monitor project budgets, and direct and assist contract operations staff and consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering / Computer Science or Technology Diploma in Computer Science and/or Process Automation (CET)
- 5 years previous experience
- Knowledge of current security standards for critical infrastructure
- Comprehensive understanding of industrial network infrastructure
- Knowledge of municipal water and wastewater processes and equipment
- Knowledge of regulatory legislation related to municipal water and wastewater operations and Occupational Health and Safety Act
