Job Description
The Lead Installer/Installer plays a vital role in ensuring successful job completion by loading trucks, performing installations, and providing excellent customer service. This position is critical for quality, efficiency, and safety, and reports to the Production Manager. The role emphasizes maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of construction or related trades (preferred)
- Ability to operate equipment and/or power tools (preferred)
- Ability to operate a phone/apps/tablet
- Ability to detect/recognize information (up to 75% of the time)
- Ability to understand/speak/read/write in English
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lb. (occasionally), and/or up to 50 lb. of force (frequently), and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly (constantly)
- Ability to stay upright/stand up to 100%
- Ability to move about and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces
- Valid driver’s license and CDL (and/or CDL)
- Safe driving record
