
Job description
The Commercial Relationship Manager focuses on delivering tailored client solutions across a broad range of products and services within a dedicated geographic area. They primarily target clients with revenues up to $20MM. This role is exempt from timekeeping requirements and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Identify, prioritize, and develop relationship strategies for high-value clients. Deliver knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalize client relationships, and optimize revenue opportunities. Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through final close.
This role requires a customer service focus, analytical and problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, and Credit/Analyst experience are preferred.
