Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Case Manager, Behavioral Health to support the Autism Care Management team. The role requires a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The position involves providing support to patients, their families, and physicians in addressing behavioral health and social concerns.
Requirements
- Licensed in Minnesota as LICSW, RN or Psychologist, Masters degree preferred
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience; minimum of 3 years relevant utilization review, discharge planning, or case management experience; and current clinical knowledge
