Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to drive adoption and use of data and analytic services and products. The role involves working in collaborative scrum teams to improve patient and member experience, improve health, and reduce the per capita cost of healthcare.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, business, computer science, data or social science, operations research, statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Four years direct experience using technical and analytical skills to extract, integrate, layout and interpret complex and disparate data sources
- Demonstrated experience using data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Solid working experience with SQL and relational database design
- Programming skills using Python, R, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to present findings and actionable recommendations
