HealthPartners is hiring a Integrity and Compliance Analyst to support audit and compliance activities for Medicare and Medicaid health plan products. The role focuses on preparing for and supporting regulatory audits, ensuring operational compliance with requirements, and responding to compliance-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Support development, maintenance, and promotion of HealthPartners' Integrity and Compliance program
- Identify barriers/gaps and appropriately escalate
- Keep careful documentation of program activities
- Complete tasks necessary to implement program activities
- Leverage technology to support assigned program activities
- Support and execute compliance program activities
- Gather, organize and provide relevant information to business partners and department colleagues to support compliance program activities
- Assess process integrity and quality control for department
- Maintain time sensitive processes and follow-up, and meet and support organizational deadlines
- Maintain and support communication activities for the program
- Identify and support opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Maintain and improve systems and processes to support program and departmental activities
- Understand, use, and translate data
- Analyze department and program information/data to identify trends and risks
- Identify and consult with other team members on challenges or barriers encountered
- Identify and share improvement, innovation, and automation opportunities
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
