Pharmacy Network Liaison

Establishing new and supporting existing relationships between HealthPartners and pharmacy services providers, recruiting and engaging medication management providers, and ensuring compliance with HealthPartners program requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field or equivalent in college courses and job experience.
• Two years experience managing single or group client relationships
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, self initiative, and self direction.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
