Requirements
- Graduate of accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Continuing education as required by state licensing boards
- MN or WI Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross
