Job Description
The House Supervisor works in collaboration with Nurse Managers to coordinate, supervise and perform operational tasks within specific departments, including Med/Surg, High Obs, OB, ER and Behavioral Health. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides care in the outpatient setting, aimed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Possess a current WI RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NRP, TNCC/CALS certification required
