Lead clinical excellence in a warm, well-supported home, Monday-Friday role, with no weekends. Stable, long-serving management team providing support and continuity. Competitive salary package - $162,247 (includes super).
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven leadership experience in aged care or similar clinical settings
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management
- Ability to lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Confidence in managing assessments, care planning and AN-ACC requirements
