We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Data Processing Specialist to maintain accurate client and plan information across our systems.
Requirements
- Maintain and update client information in HubSpot CRM.
- Update group plan names and company information following renewals.
- Access Employee Navigator and insurance carrier portals to update plan and company details.
- Update items such as company waiting periods and contact information within carrier systems.
- Verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies between systems.
- Review agent email inboxes twice daily and route emails to the appropriate department.
