Marketing Operations Manager

RegScale is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of a high-performing marketing engine. This role is responsible for keeping data clean, systems connected, campaigns wired correctly, and reporting tight enough to prove pipeline impact down to the dollar.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing operations or an ops-heavy digital marketing role in B2B SaaS.
• Expert HubSpot and Salesforce; certs strongly preferred.
• WordPress technical ownership experience.
• AI-native mindset with demonstrated use of AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate execution, and improve operational efficiency; Claude Code preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or equivalent.
• Experience in high-growth companies where processes and structure are still evolving.
