Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

As a global leading polymers specialist, REHAU develops modern materials, technologies, and services for the future. We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal advice and proactive support for our global business areas and locations. You will be responsible for determining uniform legal standards, creating standard legal documents, and reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documents. You will also support M&A transactions and work closely with internal departments such as tax, controlling, finance, and HR on global corporate law projects.

Requirements

• Completed studies in law (2nd state examination)
• Several years of experience in the legal department of an international company or in a law firm
• Fundamental knowledge in general contract law, corporate law, and M&A
• High level of understanding of economic and technical relationships
• Ability to find legal solutions that are solid, durable, and pragmatic
• Verbal and written fluent German and English skills
• Hands-on mentality and commitment, as well as team ability in an international environment
