Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Business Profile for a Regional Sales Executive in the Mexico region. This role focuses on building strong relationships, closing deals, and driving regional growth in the health sector. It requires a proactive individual comfortable with consultative sales methodologies, navigating complex negotiations, and delivering results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales (ideally in medical tech, SaaS, or complex solutions).
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales (opening to closing, without marketing dependence).
- Track record of meeting quota and territory expansion.
- Ability to generate demand from scratch - cold calling, outbound prospecting, using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Numerical and performance thinking.
- High autonomy, discipline, and self-management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial storytelling skills.
- Availability to travel and work in-person.
- Experience in high-pressure or startup environments (desirable).
