Shape the offer and calculation strategy of a financially independent construction company as Technical Director of Calculation, leading an experienced calculation team and working closely with management and external partners.

Requirements

• Total responsibility for the strategic, technical, and organizational management of calculation
• Selection, evaluation, and prioritization of suitable tenders, as well as steering of offer processing
• Calculation of complex construction projects in the field of infrastructure construction, especially in the field of civil engineering, road construction, and rail construction
• Responsibility and development of offer, award, and contract processes
• Development and implementation of offer and pricing strategies for sustainable order acquisition
• Professional and disciplinary leadership, promotion, and further development of the calculation team
• Close and confidential collaboration with the management team, branch managers, and department heads, as well as external partners
