Ambulant begeleider Ondersteuning Thuis

We are looking for an Ambulant Begeleider Ondersteuning Thuis to provide practical and pedagogical support to children with a disability in their homes, with a focus on bringing rest, structure, and fun to the family.

Requirements

• MBO care diploma level 3 or 4 or HBO (for example MZ, Social Work or something similar)
• Natural click with children with a disability
• Ability to work independently and creatively with a variety of activities
