As a care assistant in the flexible pool, you work in the Utrecht region on various residential locations and day care centers. You provide structure, guidance and a pleasant atmosphere to clients with diverse needs.

Requirements

• Supporting with day care or on residential locations
• Performing ADL tasks, household support and organizing activities
• Agreeing with colleagues on what is needed to run the service well
• Reporting on the progress and peculiarities of clients
