Job Description
Leadership Director of a Children's Day Center providing children with a disability the opportunity to grow and make a difference every day.
Requirements
- Drawing up and implementing support plans for children
- Translating main goals into achievable work goals for the team
- Observing and stimulating development through play and structure
- Discussing with parents and the multidisciplinary team
- Creating a safe and positive atmosphere in the group
