Job Description
You are the reason residents feel at home on the Prins Hendrikstraat and grow in their independence. Humor, patience, and a talent for making the ordinary remarkable, that's you.
Requirements
- Helping with the start of the day and accompanying residents to work or day care.
- Creating a pleasant home situation for residents who stay at home.
- Supporting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, or making appointments.
- Thinking together about activities in the village and sometimes going to appointments.
- Involving the social network of residents in their daily lives.
Benefits
- Fixed contract (with a two-month trial period) for 24 hours a week.
- Gross salary between € 2,597 and € 3,902 per month (care sector collective agreement, FWG 35/40, based on 36 hours a week).
- 8.33% end-of-year allowance, 8% holiday pay, and pension build-up.
