Requirements
- Analyzing customer behavior across brands, channels, and lifecycle stages to identify trends, evaluate segment performance, and detect growth opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining customer segmentations to support targeted communications, personalization, and brand-specific strategies.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of customer journeys, retention factors, churn profiles, and lifetime value levers.
- Building dashboards, reports, and automated insights to track customer KPIs (acquisition, retention, LTV, purchase frequency, etc.).
