Requirements
- 6 months or more of experience in management or supervision in a retail or customer-oriented environment
- Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
- Knowledge of store operations, including schedule management, cash handling, merchandising, and inventory flow
- Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends
- Mastery of technology tools: POS systems, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite
