Requirements
- +2 years of experience in management or team supervision in a retail or client-centric environment.
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience and motivate your team to adhere to the highest service standards.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of performance and quality even under pressure.
- Ability to lead a team to achieve objectives.
- Strong skills to generate high sales performance.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment.
- Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
- Proficiency in technological tools: POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite.
- Flexibility in scheduling: available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a ladder that can reach a maximum height of 3 m (10 feet).
- High school diploma required.
