Job Description
ReKlame Health is a clinician-led, tech-enabled provider group that provides culturally competent behavioral health care, addiction care, medication management, crisis intervention, and care coordination. The Clinical & Community Partnerships Lead will cultivate strategic alliances and drive sustainable growth within the New York City community and beyond.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in community outreach, partnership development, or business development within healthcare or behavioral health
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by NYC populations in accessing behavioral health and addiction care
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with demonstrated success in influencing, engaging, and establishing trust across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently while achieving measurable results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
