Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded leader with a passion for medical technology to join the team as ”Head of Sales Nordics” at the Headquarters in Mölnlycke, Sweden. The position will report to the General Manager Nordics.
Requirements
- Overall responsible to deliver the Annual Sales Budget, sales numbers through the development of a Nordic sales strategic action plan.
- To deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives for the region through effective sales team management and strategic management of local/regional key contracts & customers.
- Responsible for personnel management within the sales team inc. individual development plans for each team member.
