Job Description
Our Commonwealth Government client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join an established in-house legal team, working on complex, high-value financial and housing-related transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in a top- or mid-tier firm, financial institution or in-house environment
- Experience advising on banking and finance or complex commercial transactions
- Strong drafting and legal analysis skills, with attention to detail
- Strong legal judgement, commercial focus and communication skills
- The ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Current practising certificate as a solicitor in NSW or other Australian jurisdiction
