Relatient is seeking a Product Operations Manager to support the effectiveness, scalability, and alignment of the product organization. The role involves optimizing workflows, improving communication, and enabling efficient product execution across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, project coordination, product management, or related roles within a SaaS environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Support, or Marketing teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
