Job Description
Relay Commerce is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to support multi-entity accounting operations and business unit financial reporting. The role bridges accounting execution and finance analysis, requiring 5–7 years of accounting or finance operations experience.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of accounting or finance operations experience
- Month-end close experience, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Experience working in multi-entity or multi-business-unit environments
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable explaining variances and digging into 'why'
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or other cloud accounting platforms
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, variance analysis)
- Understanding of US GAAP fundamentals
- Experience with financial reporting tools and dashboards
- AI-savvy: Uses AI to work smarter while maintaining quality and judgment
- Clear written English communication for async collaboration
- Availability for 4–5 hours overlap with US Eastern Time
