Relay Graduate School of Education is seeking an Associate Partner to provide critical coaching and on-the-ground support to school leaders in Relay Leadership Programs and partner networks. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, delivering feedback, and shaping content for professional learning events.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD
• Minimum of three years as a principal or equivalent in a high-needs community
• Experience with teacher observation and feedback, leading data analysis, leading school culture, leading professional development, and implementing HQIM
