Client Network Performance Programme Manager

As Client Network Performance Programme Manager, you will own the end-to-end programme of improving network performance across Relay's strategic accounts. You will take performance briefs from Account Managers, dissect the problem across operational squads, and build structured improvement plans.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in a consulting or client-facing role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read data
• Ability to build excellent presentations and communicate complex operational detail to client audiences
• Experience in logistics, delivery, or a complex operational environment is a plus
