Job Description
Relay is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team in London. The successful candidate will take end-to-end responsibility for device management, onboarding/offboarding logistics, internal tools, and frontline technical support.
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT operations, internal systems, or workplace technology
- Confidently implement and manage MDM and device compliance
- Highly organised and enjoy owning asset tracking, logistics, and documentation
- Take security seriously and can drive 2FA, training, and compliance controls
- Comfortable administering Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace at scale
- Can respond fast to technical blockers and resolve access/authentication issues
- Take pride in building reliable systems and reducing repeat problems through process improvement
