Senior Product Designer

Relay is a digital banking platform that gives self-made business owners the tools and know-how to be great with money. We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer to help design the future of SMB banking and the Design function at Relay.

Requirements

• Own design end-to-end: from discovery and problem framing through prototyping to polished, production-ready designs that ship and deliver impact
• Raise the craft bar: Create elegant, intuitive, and aesthetically refined interfaces that make banking delightful, not daunting
• Tell the story: Communicate design rationale through storytelling and artifacts that inspire clarity and alignment across product and engineering
• Be a design leader: Give and solicit feedback in critique, mentor peers, and contribute to a culture of detail-obsession, openness, and continuous improvement
