Job Description
The Executive Director, Data + AI Enablement leads the strategy and execution of enterprise data capabilities that enable insight, scale, and informed decision-making. This role is responsible for building and modernizing data foundations, strengthening governance and trust, and enabling analytics and AI-driven capabilities through high-quality, well-managed data.
Requirements
- Define and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy
- Lead the modernization of data architecture, integration patterns, and platforms
- Establish and govern an enterprise approach to data products, reporting, and analytics
- Advance data governance, stewardship, privacy, and risk management practices
- Enable responsible use of advanced analytics and AI capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Drive adoption and organizational change
- Translate complex data strategies and outcomes into clear, actionable insights
- Define and track metrics related to data quality, platform performance, analytics adoption, and business impact
