Principal, Full Stack Engineer

Backed by a major non-profit healthcare consortium, our client is a newly formed, well-funded healthcare technology spin-off on a mission to fix a fundamentally broken industry.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years operating as a Staff or Principal-level Individual Contributor.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Stack: Deep, battle-tested expertise in C# /.NET Core and the broader Azure cloud ecosystem (AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus).
• Modern Front-End Expertise: Advanced proficiency in React (preferred) or Vue, building highly responsive, scalable user interfaces.
• Cloud-Native & IaC: Extensive experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). You must view infrastructure as software.
• B2B SaaS / Multi-Tenancy Mastery: Proven experience building complex, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS products from the ground up.
• Identity & Access: Deep understanding of modern identity, auth, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) for enterprise applications (OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD)
