Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, project management, or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience working in an advertising agency or creative production environment
• Excellent understanding of the creative production process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze project workflows and resource data
• Experience at managing multiple creative projects and priorities simultaneously
• Commitment to providing excellent quality assurance
• Very good understanding of creative workflows, resource management, and content specifications
• Eagerness & motivation to stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative tools
• Adaptability & flexibility
• Familiarity with project management systems
