CRM & Email Marketing Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or CRM, preferably in a fast-paced agency or high-growth e-commerce environment
• Proficiency in enterprise-level Email Marketing Providers (ContactPigeon, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc) and a strong understanding of email deliverability protocols
• A proven track record of using advanced analytics tools and performance reporting
• Experience in creating high-performing creatives with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Excellent conversion-oriented copywriting skills in both Greek and English
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and lead projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight
