Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Advertising, with a strong background in the Travel & Hospitality industry
• Deep understanding of Performance Marketing channels, the full digital ecosystem, and how it applies to the Travel industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with business owners and CMOs, translating data into clear, strategic narratives
• A proven track record of managing high-value client relationships with a focus on trust, retention, and growth
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
• Experience at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
