Reliance Health is seeking dynamic and ambitious self-starters to join their team as Reliance Care Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with empathy, and a solution-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
• Must have completed NYSC or have a valid exemption letter
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform well in fast-paced environments
