Reliance Health is seeking a dynamic and ambitious self-starter to join their team as a Reliance Care Officer. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and escalating unresolved issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and a willingness to work on shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
• Completed NYSC or valid exemption letter
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform well in fast-paced environments
• Medical background (e.g. Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Microbiology) is an added advantage
