Job Description
Reliant Asset Management Solutions is recruiting a full-time Porter to maintain the upkeep of residential communities, including tasks such as trash pick-up, graffiti clean-up, and general housekeeping. The Porter will also be responsible for ensuring the curb appeal of assigned communities and developing good resident relations.
Requirements
- Daily picks up trash around the complexes, cleans up dumpster areas and laundry rooms, cleans up graffiti and hauls trash away
- Maintains curb appeal of assigned communities and ensures all common areas are always kept presentable
- Provides constant observation of community and initiates action to correct any unsafe conditions
- Maintains a clean and safe working area, including wearing of all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assists Maintenance Technician as requested on basic tasks
- Performs other related projects as assigned
