Resident Manager Part Time

Resident Manager Part Time: Perform on-site services for Reliant Asset Management Solutions units, including light maintenance, rent collection, and coordination of resident activities. Work part-time, 19-25 hours/week, and live on-site rent-free.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years previous experience within a Property Management office
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Property management laws
• Intermediate computer skills
• Valid CA Drivers license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance limits
