
Job description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across Spain and Portugal. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, increasing product adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, conduct regular customer engagement meetings, and develop and maintain account plans.
