The Business Development Executive will acquire new Payments and Financial Counterparty KYC customers as we continue to grow rapidly in the Malta Region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market.
Requirements
- Identify and engage new B2B clients across the EMEA region.
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, event participation, and other innovative approaches.
- Manage and convert inbound leads within your assigned territory.
- Lead consultative sales processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to tenders.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and use cases of the product portfolio.
- Negotiate, draft, and finalize sales agreements.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, competitive landscape, and new product developments.
- Maintain a healthy and up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Accurately document client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
- Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong to enhance productivity and insights.
