We are looking for a Global Head of Solution Consulting to join our commercial leadership team. As the bridge between our powerful aviation analytics and the complex business challenges of our global client base, you will oversee a team of 8-9 subject matter experts to ensure our technical value proposition is unrivalled and our brand remains the authoritative voice in aviation analytics.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the aviation ecosystem
• 7+ years in Pre-Sales Leadership or Management Consulting
• Transformation: Proven track record of leading 'change management' or business transformation projects
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills
• Technical Acumen: Comfort with data structures, APIs, and analytics platforms
• Leadership: Experience managing remote, diverse teams and a'servant-leader' mindset
• Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
